Return & Refund Policy – Elite Source Liquidation

At Elite Source Liquidation, we specialize in the sale of liquidation pallets, including customer returns, overstock, and surplus inventory. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy is structured to be transparent, fair, and aligned with industry standards.


No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold by Elite Source Liquidation are:

  • Final Sale
  • Sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS”
  • Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or standard refunds

Liquidation pallets may include a mix of:

  • New items
  • Used or returned products
  • Open-box or damaged goods

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with liquidation inventory.


Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Order Received

If you receive a pallet that is significantly different from what was ordered.

2. Missing Items (Verified Claims)

If a manifest was provided and there are major discrepancies in the shipment.

3. Shipping Damage (Carrier-Related)

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during transit.


How to File a Claim

To be eligible for review, you must:

  1. Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery
  2. Take clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery

Submit your claim via:

Failure to report within the 48-hour window may result in claim denial.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage
  • Unsold inventory or low resale performance
  • Misunderstanding of pallet condition
  • Unmanifested pallet content variations

Liquidation inventory is inherently unpredictable, and all buyers are expected to understand this before purchasing.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Legal action where applicable

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve issues professionally.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping (if exceptionally approved) will be the responsibility of the customer

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before processing begins
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
